SIM, eSIM and iSIM: the constant reinvention of mobile connectivity

Thanks to eSIM, for a few years now it has no longer been necessary to insert a SIM card in your smartphone to connect to the network. The card is embedded in the phone. Although the use of eSIM cards is still far from widespread in Europe, the technology that could replace them is already emerging.
