Arhis improves the recruitment experience through technology - DEEP
The company, which specialises in HR services, particularly temporary staffing and recruitment, called on DEEP to deploy a high-performance connectivity and telephony solution. This will give the company easy access to useful data, save time and provide better support for users.
Through Arhis HR Solutions, Fabrice Poncé, Managing Director, and David Violetti, Managing Director, aim to create a new dynamic in the world of HR services, temporary employment and recruitment in Luxembourg.
With a team of 35 people in 4 branches across the country, we offer a range of services to support companies in various sectors in their recruitment, candidate assessment and training needs,’ explains Fabrice Poncé. Our company employs staff with an average of 10 to 15 years' experience in the temporary employment and recruitment sector, who are able to advise our customers from the definition of their needs to the implementation of appropriate solutions to meet them. As far as candidates are concerned, we want to be able to offer them personalised support as well as a wide range of opportunities in their field.
A local player
In November 2023, Action Interim became Ahris HR Solutions in order to strengthen its presence in Luxembourg. In January 2024, the company opened a ‘People solutions by Arhis’ office, offering tailor-made services in recruitment, HR consultancy, coaching and training, and outplacement to its customers and candidates. The aim is to offer local services.
As part of its development, and to guarantee both customers and candidates an optimal experience in the context of the relationships it maintains, Arhis called on DEEP to meet its telephony and connectivity needs.
Guaranteeing access to data
Our value proposition is based in particular on an online platform, which lists some 57,000 candidates,’ explains David Violetti. It's essential that every member of staff can access this tool at any time, to support the customer, register a candidate or update their data. So we needed to be able to rely on a robust connectivity service for all our offices, with solid guarantees of availability. That's why we turned to DEEP's ConnectedOffice solution.
Facilitating collaboration and improving exchanges
In addition to connectivity, Ahris HR SOLUTIONS has deployed 35 telephone lines, which the company can manage autonomously from Connected Office's CloudPBX platform. The solution, managed and maintained by DEEP's teams from cloud infrastructures in Luxembourg, makes it easy to organise call forwarding and transfer, according to requirements. It enables all employees to be easily reached by their colleagues, customers or candidates. David Violetti continues: ‘The Webex collaboration and videoconferencing solution also helps to facilitate exchanges and improve their quality. Each employee, equipped with a headset, can initiate or receive calls from his or her workstation very simply. This equipment helps to improve interactions’.
Saving valuable time
By relying on DEEP's connectivity solution, the HR solutions specialist is taking advantage of the possibilities offered by technology to improve the experience of everyone it supports. Using APIs, we were able to connect the telephony solution to our platform,’ explains David Violetti. Now, when a member of staff receives a call from a candidate, a window containing all the information about the candidate is automatically displayed on their screen. In this way, we can improve the greeting for each person, by addressing them in a personalised way, while saving precious time. The solution also helps to strengthen our IT security.
Employees no longer waste time opening a candidate's file. Per call, this represents a saving of 15 to 20 seconds. While this may seem anecdotal, it is less so when you consider that the Ahris team handles between 1,500 and 2,000 calls a week.
Offering a personalised welcome
‘In a competitive market, we also aim to differentiate ourselves through the quality of the welcome we offer to candidates and the service we provide. Thanks to the solution we have put in place, everyone feels more confident. We can answer their questions more effectively, and make sure that their file is up to date. In many cases, we know directly what the reason for the call might be. This enables us to provide better support and advice,’ says Fabrice Poncé.
A scalable solution
The solution implemented in partnership with DEEP is enabling Ahris HR SOLUTIONS to better anticipate its future growth. Between now and the end of 2021, the HR service provider's team has tripled. And we're not finished growing,’ says Fabrice Poncé, whose ambition is to become one of the top 3 temporary employment and recruitment providers in Luxembourg. It is essential that the solutions we put in place to guarantee communication are scalable and that we can rely on robust partners. At DEEP, we really appreciate being able to talk to people who listen to us and who have demonstrated their ability to respond effectively to our specific needs.
Innovation, the driving force behind development
As part of its development, Arhis HR SOLUTIONS intends to continue innovating. The company is exploring the possibilities of using artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The virtual reality headset solution that we are currently developing offers the possibility of placing a candidate in the context of the company, confronting them with real-life situations, to test their interest in a position or assess some of their aptitudes,’ comments David Violetti. Solutions such as these, which require a high level of connectivity, will help to enhance the quality of our support.
